Thanks for the explanation.

Is it possible to adjust icmp polling parameters to accept more ping loss before saying icmp unreachable? I adjusted PingTimeout from 1500 to 3000 but it doesent change much.

Could someone please explain how is it decided what error is displayed when node is down?

For example when node is really down, no network connectivity etc, sometimes Netxms shows status as Node down, other times as unreachable by icmp and sometimes both. What is deciding factor in there?

Also for icmp down it seems very sensitive, maybe 1 packet is lost and status is already unreachable.

Hello

nxagent-4.0.2151-x64.exe is present under var directory and 9 other previous agent versions.

Agent shutdown was manual, to keep log file related to upgrade process. In management console when running Package manager upgrade process, then i just receive error stating that File transfer failed, waiting doesent change it, i have tried multiple times.

Could it be permission error?

Edit: i deleted all agent upgrade packages from var directory and tryed to update again. This time i have "nxagent-4.0.2151-x64.exe, size 1mb" and 20 part files with size 1mb and part 21 with size 45kb. Seems that transfer did not finish.

Some agents update fine, others show error "File transfer failed", i included agent log (debug lvl 7).

Hello

After upgrading server to 4.0.2151 i get alot of alarms "Node is unreachable by ICMP". They resolve after some time and when pinging node from server, ping is normal.

Also in alarms tab its not possible to filter by "Outstanding" is that normal?

Had to restart today so currently i see low number on 6 session. But after server restart its back to snappy loading again.

Hello

Currently running NetXms version 3.9.334. I have noticed lately that client loading times and changing different pages takes long time to load. What parameters can i check for causing slow loading. Last time i just restarted server and it helped. but i was wondering maybe its config error or something. Usual parameters like disk activity, ram, cpu etc are quite low.

I would like to propose two improvements to World map:

1) Make nodes with issues placed on top of other nodes. For example in cluster of many nodes, currently nodes with issues get buried and dont show up.
2) When many nodes are close by, show them as one and add number of merged nodes, when zooming in, gradually break them apart again.

It seems to have gotten slower with addition of new nodes over time.

Server is in same machine as sql. Client is connected with 1g link and ping time is ~1ms.

It seems restarting the server + changing "ThreadPool.Poller.MaxSize" from 250->1200, "ThreadPool.Poller.BaseSize" 10->600 helped, now it loads in few seconds.

How can i debug why NetXms Management Console is starting up really slow? Currently timed startup time to 3min and 53s. Most of that time was spent on "Synchronizing objects...".

Version is 3.8.382
DB is Ms Sql 2019

Hello

Would it be possible to order some specific addons to NetXms and what would it cost ?

Example 1: possibility to upload/add photos to nodes, in new menu or under comments for example.
Example 2: Geomap with possibility to connect nodes and draw wifi maps etc.
