Hey, there. I just updated to the latest netXMS version 2.6.300 on our server. However, after few minutes using it, appeared a popup window with the following message:

Load MIB file on startup has encountered a problem.

I attach a screenshot of this netXMS Desktop popup window


Any idea how to fix it?

Hi, Filipp. I got it. I did it.  After that.  I typed on the terminal window:

netxmsd -version
NetXMS Server Version 3.6.252 Build 3.6-252-g302ee75631 (UNICODE)
NXCP: 5.53.1.29 (AES-256, Blowfish-256, 3DES, AES-128, Blowfish-128)
Built with: g++ (Ubuntu 7.5.0-3ubuntu1~18.04) 7.5.0

Is the NetXMS server latest version?

Hi, Victor. I got it. Question: How can I install the netXMS server patch in our server? Do I have the regular Ubuntu procedure explained in the netXMS manual ? Do I have to follow other kind of installation procedure?

Hi, Victor good news. I have a question this patch release can I install with the following procedure:

wget http://packages.netxms.org/netxms-release-latest.deb
sudo dpkg -i netxms-release-latest.deb
sudo apt-get update

Or Do I need to do it in different way.

Hi, Filipp I appreciate your time to help me. I justo updated the netXMS. BTW, how do I know which netXMS version I am running? Finally, I opened the log netXMS fiile. It shows database SQL queries errors.

Hi, there. I just installed the latest version of netXMS server 3.6 and its Desktop Managment too cause a lot of problems wit connection between. Is there a way to downgrade both apps keeping the database information. Because both are in production.

Any idea.

Hi, Filipp. I updated the server debug configuration. But, Unexpected error in the Desktop Managment tool. A popup window appeared with the following error:

SWT is not responding

I decided to attach the latest lines of the Desktop Managment tool log.

Hi,  I updated the netXMS server. However, when I started the Desktop Managment tool, in the terminal window sent back the same message that in the other netXMS server:

./nxmc
SLF4J: Failed to load class "org.slf4j.impl.StaticLoggerBinder".

It is the first time that this kind problem the Desktop Managment tools has.
My personal computer where I run the Desktop Mangment tools has an Ethernet connection. I don't  use Wifi connection. Neither swith between both interfaces.
BTY, the same problem happen with other computers of my co-workers when they trying to connect to the netXMS server using the Desktop Managment tools using Ethernet connection.
I am consider your netXMS web interface to install on the server. However, for us the easiest way to use the netXMS server is with the Desktop Managment tools.

Finally, for me this kind of problem is too weird because the previous netXMS version release worked very well.

Hi, there I just installed the latest netxms server version (Version 3.6) and its Desktop managment tools. I don't why but, frecuently the Desktop Managment tools disconnect to the server. I attach a screnshot of the popup window with this information.

Any idea to fix this Desktop Managment tool disconnection issue is wellcome.

Hi, there. I have a question:

Is there a way to configure the Physical links, Performance, and Port in the Object detail window?

For example: I added an Arista device. But, when I opened the Object detail windows. The Physical links, Performance, VPN Connectors, and Ports option are empty.

Any idea how can I configure the node to get these kind of information in this windows. I attach the top section of this object windows.
