Hi, there. This week I did an update of the NetXMS server and desktop managment console.

I don't why. But, the Desktop managment console is too slow to connect to the netXMS server. Also, it is too slow when I try to use it.

When I started the Desktop managment console. In the terminal shows the following information:

SLF4J: Failed to load class "org.slf4j.impl.StaticLoggerBinder".
SLF4J: Defaulting to no-operation (NOP) logger implementation

Any idea how to fix this Desktop Managment tool issue.

But when I used the Managment console. I could not log to the Netxms server. The managment tool program sent a popup window. I attach it.

The content of the popup windows is:

Server usees incompatible version of communication protocol (server=53,4,1,1,1,29,1,2]client=[52,4,1,1,1,28,1,2]

BTW, I don't remember that I locked the netXMS database.

With this information in mind. Do I need to update the Mariadb server?

Hi, there. when I tried to up and running the NetXMS server  with the following command:

sudo system start netxmsd

The computer screen sent back the following error:

Hi, Victor. Yes your are right. it is very strange. The last week I decided to disconnect the manager console sotware from the netXMS server. I connected it again later. Then I did create a container and bind any object without problem with it. Anyway, Thanks for your interest to help me. Cheers.
 

Hey there. according with the NetXMS manual "Containers can be created in Infrastructure Service tree. Existing nodes and subnets can be added to containers by using Bind operation.."
However, when I tried to add existing nodes to the existing container, in the popup windows doesn't appear all the existing nodes. These existing nodes are up and running under the infrastructure Service tree.

Any idea how can I fix this existing nodes issue?

Status of node interface. I verified the status of C2 node. It is in the default mode. I attach a screenshot of it.

DCIs. I check them out all the NetXMS manager console. However, I didn't find the DCI node status.  Can you help me where to set it up, please.

Hey there. I am using NetXMS Managment console 3.5.90

Scenario

I create a host  in the infrastructure section. After a period of time this host has a critical condition. I checked Its alarm. I resolved all of them. However, the host still appear with a critical condition. I attach an image to try to clarify this scenario.

Any idea how to fix it?

Hi, there. I want to configure the SNMP properties of one node. However, when I tried to do so. the popup property windows doesn't allow me to put the Authentication password. I attached a screenshot of the popup properties window. By the way, the node has installed a snmp program.

Any idea?
