Hi Viktor,

I'm sorry, but do i run nxget on my Server, proxy?
The Linux system is monitored via snmp and not via NetXMS agent.

Best regards

Hi,

i need to monitor some Linux systems with dynamic ADSL Interfaces.
Everytime the Interface goes down and comes up again, the ifindex changes and the Node has a new Interface ifindex: xxx Name: ppp0.

Is there a way, that this Interface isn't created, just updated?

Thanks,
Markus

General Support / Re: Creating Reports with JASPER

Hi,

thanks for this link.
I already know this PDF, and i can see all tables in Postgresql, but my Problem is, that i
dont know how to set the right relations for such a query.

In NetXMS i created a Container for 1 of my Customer. So i would like to create a report, for all of his nodes.
For example all Nodes and some Hardwareinformations, Software or something like that.
But i have no Idea how to get this Information out of the Database.

So it would be great, if you can give me a sample query.

Thanks
Markus

Hi Viktor,

it seems, that a reboot was good.
I'm getting the Data, but The DCI is recreated every time, and it loses the history data.

Is it a bug?

Thanks

Hi Han,

i think you should enable zone support.
Afterwards you can assign the Objects in the current zone and everything should be okey.

Kind regards,

General Support / Creating Reports with JASPER
August 23, 2013, 05:12:03 PM
Hi,

i would like to create some Reports with JASPER Reports.
But my Problem is, that my knowledge of the Databasestructure is not good enough.

At first i would like to write a Report About the Installed Software on the nodes.
Can someone help me to undestand the Databasetablestructure?

SQL is not my Problem.

thanks

Hi Victor,

i've copied it in the bin Folder and restarted NetXMS Core.

I think the cause of my Problem was, that the Server had Problems with sending Mailnotifications.
I'd disabled this processing and it seems to work now.

I will activate the policy, so the error could hapen again.

Hi Victor,

thanks for your quick help.

It's a bit Stange, because they're talking about Windows 2000 and this is quite a while behind us :-).

My PostgreSQL is x64 and 9.2.
