Victor, I've followed that guide and the DB checks all passed.
I then downloaded the 2.0 RC1 server install file and ran the /SILENT install (also tried without /SILENT) and I keep getting an error when trying to replace a .dll file:

QuoteAn error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFie failed: code 5.
Access is denied.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this File (not recommended), or Abort to cancel installation.

I cannot seem to find an article on just upgrading the server side of this.
Maybe I'm not understanding everything correctly as well. 

We just have a server (running 2.0M2) that we use to monitor some network equipment via SNMP.
We aren't currently monitoring any servers at the moment.

First off I'm not exactly sure what I need to download to do the upgrade.  Is it the Management Console Binaries, Server Binaries, or Agent Package?  Do I also need to download the WEb Interface Binaries if we use the NetXMS website to monitor?

Then how exactly do I upgrade everything?

However now i get the login screen and I type the username & password of:
u: admin
p: netxms

and I get an error that says, "Connection refused: connect"

Has anyone gotten this to install on Svr 2012 R2?

This is a new install for me on a new Server 2012 R2 VM.

I get attached error during the install.
