General Support / Re: Presets greater than 12 hour
February 06, 2017, 05:17:59 PM
Tatjana emailed me private and feels it is a timezone issue and was able to recreate this issue with my information.

I can confirm the issue occurs in the NetXMS Console for Mac, Chrome, Safari and Mozilla.

I do not know what the bug number is.  I couldn't find it and I have not hear back from Victor when I inquired about the bug number so that I could monitor it's status.

Victor back in November said this was a known bug.  I have not tried the release candidates to see if the problem was resolved.  I went from 2.06 to 2.08 (problem still persists).

Has this bug been fixed in the 2.1 pre-release?  I have upgraded to 2.08 and still have the same issue (either via web connection using Safari or Mozilla) and NetXMS Console on OSX Sierra.

Thank you

General Support / Removing of bad DCI data
January 22, 2017, 05:35:54 PM
When setting up different nodes for capturing data (Raspberry Pi and temperature probes), at times when pulling for data when rewiring the Raspberry Pi (adding another temp sensor), the returned value is 99.0.

How does one remove some bad data?

Thank you.

Tomas, I was watching your interview on the The Brothers WISP.  You mention a $25 device that you use for monitoring power feeds, internal and external temperature.  Would you mind sharing the name of the device that you mentioned?

Thank you.

Hello,

I started using NetXMS recently to replace The Dude and Cacti.  What I really liked about Cacti is the graphing function, zooming in and out, selecting points of data and seeing the graph based on the selected area.

I have 2 questions:  1)Is the described function available, and if so, how do I find it?
2)  If you look at the attached graphs, you can see that anything under 13 hours I can clearly see the time (11.09.12), when I select the "Last Day" preset, the dates/times have disappeared from the X-axis (11.09.28).  I have tried with both browser (Safari) and the Mac version of NXMC (version 2.0.6) running on CentOS7.

Thank you for your assistance.
