General Support / Problem with sqlite db backend initialization

Hi!
I install NetXMS on WinXP and press next, next..... After step "Initializing database" I got error "SQL query failed: Insert INTO event_policy(... ...".  In directory C:\NetXMS\database\  I see empty (0b) file netxms_db.
