Hi,

I use ICMP Ping response time but it doesn't work it only show's 10k and also my Average response value is 0 is that correct cause it doesn't change on some routers, any ideas why it might show that. I have attached my config file and also my DCI settings.

Hi Everyone,

I want to be able to send myself alerts on netxms via email, we are using office 365 at the moment I just want to send the alerts to my email or must I use another email server or type of program, I have attached our server settings that is default at the moment, can someone please assist.

Hi,

We have a APC ups that we want to monitor via NetXMS so that we can see if there is a power outage or if UPS is using batteries. We are using a USB cable to connect UPS and a computer, netxms agent is installed on the computer but I want to know what to type in the netxms agent config file to connect to ups so that i can pull the data.

I also added the DCI value for the ups but it shows not supported, what does that mean?
