Hi,

Is there a feature in netxms that can attach a graph on email alerts? Example if it detects a high CPU usage it will attach the performance graph of the CPU usage in addition to messages?

Upgrading to the latest boot ROM and firmware won't recognize the h3c S5500 switch as HP A5500. I guest we have to include the H3C OID in HPSW driver on the next version of netxms.

I think i found a bug on this version... H3C branded switches (S5500) (same as HP A5500) the driver is not loaded.

System Description on HP:
System Description: (Working) HP Comware Platform Software, Software Version 5.20 Release 2208 HP A5500-48G-PoE+ EI Switch with 2 Interface Slots Copyright (c) 2010-2011 Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P.

System Description on H3C:
System Description: (Not Working) H3C Comware Platform Software, Software Version 5.20 Release 2210 H3C S5500-52C-PWR-EI Copyright (c) 2004-2011 Hangzhou H3C Tech. Co., Ltd. All rights reserved.

Both switches is identical except for branding and firmware version.

Due to a lot of issues I've encounter on this version (1.2.17) such as sudden stop of netxms core service, dci errors, I've revert my installation to previous version 1.2.16 and still on windows 2008 R2 SP1 64bit. No issues encounter so far on netxms version 1.2.16.

i've resolve the problem above... and encounter this error... " cannot get DCI Values.... Connection reset by peer:socket write error". please see attached error.

I got this alarm on netxms server.

OS: windows 2008 R2 64bit

Yes your correct. Im using windows 2003 server standard. 32bit os.

i've setup a new server. install everything. and im still stuck on this screen. please see attached screenshot.

I've removed everything, install the latest version and use the exsisting DB (Mysql) same error during installation i had to stop netxmsd.exe twice to complete the installation. rebooted the server and try to run the service but same error occur. Please help.

I got this error... try rebooting it after the install and the netxms core service cannot be started.
