Hi,
sorry I thought you were using Linux.
I do not have much experience with netxms on windows, but maybe this guide will help you:
https://www.netxms.org/documentation/adminguide/installation.html#installing-on-windows
If it still doesn't work i recommend uploading the exact error message or logs and your configuration,
so other people can easy help you.

Best regards

Hello,
have you installed netxms-dbdrv-pgsql?
Can you send logs and your netxms configuration file?
What operating system do you use?

March 16, 2020, 01:32:50 PM
Hello,
netxms has fixed many bugs with the latest version.
I think you can just upgrade it.
I never had problems oder data loss while upgrading.

Hello,
did you use the nxdbmgr export command?
If this doesn't work you can dump the database (pg_dump, mysqldump, exp, etc.).
You can dump database while netxmsd is running.
Here is the documentation for PostgreSQL.
https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/backup-dump.html

But everything is working fine and i don't have a yellow "!".
Have you looked under alarms at this node?

Feature Requests / SSH Key Authentication
March 02, 2020, 08:42:12 PM
Hello,
can you please add SSH Key Authentication, because it's more secure than passwords. Public key encryption ensures that passwords need not be sent over the network, providing an additional layer of security. SSH keys are an excellent way to stay secure and compliant with various regulations and mandates, provided that you use best practice to generate, store, manage, and remove them.
So it would be nice to have this in the next NetXMS update.  :)

I don't have a agent log file. It's only SNMP.
How can I fix this? I always get error messages because of this.
I don't get this error always. Sometimes I get the error and after 30 minutes it's working fine and I don't get any errors.

Okay, thank you very much!  :D Now it's working.
Can you change this limitation in future releases of NetXMS, because many passwords are longer than 32 symbols. When you see it from security perspective, you shouldn't limt the password length with such a "low" limit. Now 32 symbols are quite "okay", but I think in future this limitation could be critical.
