Title: Prerequisites for compiling source code in Visual Studio

What are the prerequisite compiling Source code in Visual Studio 2005. I have included openssl lib, sphelper.h, sapi.h, zend.h then figured it out that its never ending list this way (or probably doing it in a wrong way).
