UNIX agent note

From now, core agent has parameter Agent.SourcePackageSupport, which
should be 1 if system agent is running on supports source agent
distribution, and 0 if not. Core agent always return 0, so if target
system supports source distributions, subagent should redefine this
parameter and return 1. Ideal variant will be if subagent at startup can
check build environment, and if everything is OK, return 1 for this
parameter, and otherwise 0. But for now, if every UNIX subagent will
return 1, it will be ok.
