Unfortunately, not yet. For now the only way to change packet size is to
modify "PING_SIZE" define in src/libnetxms/icmp.cpp (line 35 in release
0.2.5) and rebuild.

can use src/agent/subagents/skeleton/ as reference.
about perl-based subagent: it's in our todo list and I've done some
testing on this subject, but no public (=useful in real life) version
available.
