You can configure these tools via Control Panel -> Object Tools.
For example, to configure telnet tool under Tools->Connect, add new tool of type Command with name &Connect->&Telnet. In the "Command" field, enter telnet %OBJECT_IP_ADDR%, and add Everyone (or specific users/groups) to access list.

Best regards,
Victor

Hi Victor,

For telnet and SSH i configured putty on the object tool like :
"putty -telnet %OBJECT_IP_ADDR%" for telnet and "putty  %OBJECT_IP_ADDR%" for ssh.
For the correct execution, the file putty.exe ( or telnet ) must be on the same directory like "nxmc.exe" .
In my case : "C:\Program Files (x86)\nxmc"

Greetings.

Update: %OBJECT_IP_ADDR% is now deprecated, use EPP macroses instead (%a). More: https://wiki.netxms.org/wiki/UM:Event_Processing#Macros_for_Event_Processing
