Is it possible to query a remote server database over MPLS network through Netxms, if so, kindly tell the steps.

Could you please describe your goal more specific? MPLS by itself will not give you ability to communicate with remote server, you'll need IP connectivity over MPLS network anyway.

Our servers are within the IP range of MPLS network. We have Central Location where Netxms Server is installed in windows environment. We are monitoring up & down status of our devices and Servers which are installed in Branch locations (remotely locations) through Netxms ICMP ping only.
How can we query database of branch servers through Netxms.
