hi ,

i do not know whether all changes to in the server configuration require server restart but at least the documentation says that network discovery does.
it would be nice if the server will do this auto.

Hi!

In fact, if you change discovery settings from old console via Control Panel -> Network Discovery dialog, not directly by changing server's parameters, you don't need to restart the server - it will reconfigure and restart required internal processes automatically. I'll add similar discovery configurator to new console as well.

hi victor,

i have used the old console to configure the discovery settings and never via server configuration and still i had to restart the server for it to take the configuration unless and this is something that i can not put my finger down it had to wait 2 hours for the active discovery to happen and i did not had the 2 hours.
