this is great program but it should have a better user manual . it suffers lack of documentation .
it is great, better than opennms, nagios and ... but it is very confusing.great features but lack of suffice explanation.

i second that.
i have been using this awesome piece of software for about 2 years now and every time i have to do something that is little bit complicated i find my self spending a lot of time trying to find info that only victor has.
you've got to start implementing some kind of built in help mechanism mainly around dci's like website checking and etc., places that even guessing will not help.
