I can restart and shutdown nodes with the Android app but I can't wake them up....
Shouldn't be really hard to implement that I guess...
I'd try it myself (even though I'm a total n00b) but I'm having a hard time finding the sources.

Just upgraded to M3 and it's there :) :)
And it also has IPv6! (I assume the app uses it as well)
