Title: Cannot open agent config: Communication failure. Windows. Version 1.2.8

Greetings,

I am able to Poll, get the Agent List, etc. on one of our servers. But when I try to Edit agent's configuration file, I get the following error:
     Cannot open agent config: Communication failure

There are no other details given in the "Problem Occurred" dialog box.

I am able to Edit the agent configuration files on other servers.

Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

Can you please check server and agent logs at the time when error occurs.

Check that server's ip is in MasterServers in agent config.
