Title: Cannot save predefined graphs
Post by: Bartek B. on February 08, 2016, 03:58:43 PM
Hey everybody!

I have some problems lately with saving predefined graphs. When trying to do this there is only error message "SQL query failed".

In NetXMS log there is such information:

"[08-Feb-2016 14:41:54.430] [ERROR] SQL query failed (Query = "INSERT INTO graphs (flags,name,config,filters,graph_id,owner_id) VALUES (?,?,?,?,?,?)"): [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0]COUNT field incorrect or syntax error".

I did check DB with "nxdbmgr check". Also restarting everything step by step doesn't give any effect.

PS. I'm using NetXMS 2.0.2

Hi,

I've found bug in server code that is causing this. It will be fixed in release 2.0.3. If this is urgent I can build patched server binary for you.

Best regards,
Victor

Well, I would like not to give you much extra work since you are already helpful but in other hand I promissed my supervisor to implement fully NetXMS in our buildings soon and start training people to move from other system to NetXMS.
It all depends when are you going to release ver. 2.0.3

Thanks!

Then no worries. We can wait until it'll be released.
