Title: Change existing subnet with existing nodes in
Post by: Dani@M3T on May 16, 2017, 04:50:27 PM
Hi

We set up a few nodes in one subnet /16 nad integrated them in NetXMS. So we got there also one subnet /16.
Now for production they have the same IP addresses as in test but are all in separated different /30 subnets.
Now we get a lot of events in NetXMS 'invalif network mask 30 on interface xy, should be 16.
How we can change this in NetXMS without deleting all these nodes?

best regards
Dani

Hi,

if all those nodes are in some containers, you can safely delete subnet object. Configuration polls will then re-create correct subnets.

Best regards,
Victor
