Hi, there. We have NetXMS server 4.5.3-1 version and NetXMS client 4.5.3 version. When we tried to login into the server. The client sent back "Connection refused"

Any idea how to fix this connection issue?

That usually means that server is not running.

Hi, Victor. You right. However, before to send this message. I run the systemctl command on the NeXMS server and I was running !

Could be firewall issue, some limits on server that prevent process from accepting connections. It was some time ago, so I hope it's resolved. If not, what's the output of
netstat -lptun
on your server?
