Connection with NetXMS server was lost

Hi there,
We are using NetXMS 2.0-RC1 to monitor our servers and are very satisfied with the product.
But we are facing a problem that is nowhere mentioned in this forum or in the kb (at least we didn't find it).
Our problem ist, that some of our "NetXMS Management Consoles" lose the connection several times a day. When that occurs we have to restart the conosole and enter username and password again. The error message is: "Connection with NetXMS server was lost". Not all of our Managemnt Consoles are suffering from that issue.

Does someone have an advice what we can do to prevent this connection losses?

Hi,

so far seems to be network or (less likely) firewall problem. Console should send keepalive packets every minute, so session should not timeout on firewall even if console is idle. Is it possible to get packet capture for TCP port 4701 for the last moments of broken session?
