and i can't find where are the steps ti install it

Download https://www.netxms.org/download/nxmc/nxmc-1.2.5-linux-gtk-x86.tar.gz
Unpack it: tar zxf nxmc-1.2.5-linux-gtk-x86.tar.gz
Run nxmc/nxmc
