Title: Critical status for node without critical alarms or down interfaces
Post by: enp on September 09, 2016, 10:09:58 AM
Hi,

I see two nodes (both are Juniper MX-960) with critical status and without critical alarms or down interfaces. How can it be? What can I check?

I use NetXMS version 2.0.6 on ALT Linux 8.0 with PostgreSQL 9.5. Maybe this issue is linked to https://dev.raden.solutions/issues/1289, which looks like obvious bug, so I didn't ask about it here?

No, this problem is not linked to PostgreSQL,  I have the same problem with MariaDB

Hi,

could it be that you have DCI marked as "used for status calculation"?

Best regards,
Victor

I did not created DCIs except default. Both Junipers has nothing on 'Last Values' tabs. Can I see something else?

Hello, same problem here, only with Cisco C2960 and C3850 devices. (NetXMS 2.0.6 + MySQL)

EDIT: Fixed, it was caused by change of interfaces. Some ports were expected as DOWN and they went UP :-)
