Hello everybody,
I have two identical objects (Cisco ASR-920) same version of IOS, on one of the two when I create DCI in the list it gives them to me active and works correctly, while the other does not. The DCIs are on the same ports as the switch. I have a total of 46 devices of the same type and on some of them I can't collect the DCI Any idea what I'm wrong?

Do they have same settings in properties of these nodes -> Communications -> SNMP?
In View -> Object Details in Capabilities column is isSNMP flag in "Yes" state? If it's not, try running Configuration poll (full).
If no avail from the above, please share Object Details window screenshot and output of Configuration Poll.

thank you for reply. Yes, all the column in Capabilities are the same, the version of SNMP is the same. I've try to delete the object and recreate and everything works fine. I don't know why, because all the nodes are create the same day.
