Title: Event Procesing Policy rules source object exclusions
Post by: sinisap on August 27, 2025, 01:32:30 PM
Hi,
I noticed that adding objects to exclusions work fine, but adding a network interface is ignored even if it appears in the exclusion list.
This may be by design but it would be great to be able to exclude some interfaces instead of whole objects.

Thanks

For historical reasons all events, also related to specific interface are generated on the node object.
Object selector in EPP currently allows selection of interfaces, but this is a bug, this will be fixed.

If you don't need events for specific interfaces you can
- change interface expected state to "Ignore"
- unmanage an interface
- if you still need this in EPP, it could be done by EPP filter script
