Hi!
Rack diagram freezing when set Background Images (photo from upload Library) in rack front. Not freezes when set Background Images in rack rear.
Server: version: 4.2-461-g24b0602f17
Java version: 11.0.10
JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 11.0.10+9
OS: Ubuntu server 20.04.5 LTS

NetXMS Management Client Version 4.2.461 on windows 10

Any solutions or workaround?

Was unable to replicate this.
Is this background image configured as rack Passive Element? Can you show properties of that passive elements?
Do you also have some other nodes that are present in this rack? Do they use default images or custom? Can you also show screenshots of their rack properties?

Hi,

I have also seen similar bug adding passive elements. The images do not appear according to the orientation of these elements.
