Print Page - Geomap not show map

Title: Geomap not show map

I'm using version 2.2.8. If i wish add "Map Background" Geographic map, but instead of a map, the background shows this message:
"we are sorry but we don't have imagery at this zoom level for this region" and map not showing. How to fix this problem?

Hi!

Does you client have access to internet? What is you tile server's address (configured in server variables)?

I also highly recommend to upgrade. Older client versions had issues dealing with some tile servers, including default one.
