my IP for agent is changed and the server can not connecting with it if you can help me with this
1- how I now if the agent change the ip.
2- how I change from the server or should be deleted the agent and add again

You should change "primary host name" in "Communications" page in node properties. If your node has dynamic IP address, you can use DNS name instead of IP address - then NetXMS server will change IP address acoording to DNS.
