Thanks for your immediate response.I have a doubt like, is that configuration generic for all the systems in the network.I mean to say suppose if there are 100 system's in the network and in that A is a  system when has reached threshold value, then will that be notified in the server??Do I need to install an Agent to get the information like CPU utilization, disk space usage in the remote system??

Yes, you need to install agent on the servers. Agent-less monitoring only works with SNMP-capable devices.
