Title: I have problems to bind nodes in the Container option
Post by: jbriseno on November 11, 2020, 06:17:51 PM
Hey there. according with the NetXMS manual "Containers can be created in Infrastructure Service tree. Existing nodes and subnets can be added to containers by using Bind operation.."
However, when I tried to add existing nodes to the existing container, in the popup windows doesn't appear all the existing nodes. These existing nodes are up and running under the infrastructure Service tree.

Any idea how can I fix this existing nodes issue?

Thanks in Advance

Hi,

sounds quite strange. Could you illustrate your problem with some screenshots?

Best regards,
Victor

Hi, Victor. Yes your are right. it is very strange. The last week I decided to disconnect the manager console sotware from the netXMS server. I connected it again later. Then I did create a container and bind any object without problem with it. Anyway, Thanks for your interest to help me. Cheers.
