We currently have two instances of NetXMS, one for internal alerts, and another for external. We also have an agent installed on a device that we use as an SNMP proxy.
Currently there is a router in our environment that lately we've had set to reboot every night at 7:30 for reasons, and because of this, at least 2 or 3 of the 5 devices behind this router send false alerts for IP availability. This is obviously not ideal, but until we get this router replaced, what we would like to do is have NetXMS go "if device 'A' alerts for IP, ignore IP alerts from devices 'X', 'Y', 'Z'."
Is this possible to configure?
