Title: Locked myself out
Post by: clifford on October 18, 2019, 12:39:03 PM
Hi,

I am able to log in as admin but unable to access anything, this happened due to some change in access permission, how do I reset so I can get access to all of Netxms as admin?

all I can see is Templates, Dashboard, Network Maps and Business service in the object browser

Regards

You can enable system user from the command line, for that:
1) stop netxms server
2) run
nxdbmgr reset-system-account
3) login specifying user system and password netxms
4) enable admin back
5) disable system user

Logging in with system user will help in that situation as well - it always has all access rights.

Best regards,
Victor
