Title: map problem

hello there

i am new on netxms.
when i collect nodes with snmp, it is OK.
but when i want to show it on default network map, i have following error message

cannot retreive map list from server :  command not implemented.

someone can help me ?

Hi!

You should use new Java console. Legacy console does not support new map format.

It is available from NetXMS download page for all major OS. For example, 32 bit Windows version is: https://www.netxms.org/download/nxmc/nxmc-1.2.1-win32-x86.zip (https://www.netxms.org/download/nxmc/nxmc-1.2.1-win32-x86.zip).
