Hi,

I am using Netxms Version 2.2.16 on Centos 7. I am using email alerts for all my devices in Netxms, I want to know if anyone can help me on setting up Reminders for alerts coming from network devices (For Example when a device is down and down alert is triggered and it is not attended then System should give a reminder to the user after every minutes or hour).

One more Issue I am facing is that I am not getting Down Email alerts for most of devices in netxms.

Hi,

you can execute two actions for sending emails - one immediately, and one with specific timer and key (set to delay when you want your reminder). With SYS_NODE_UP event you can cancel that timer. If SYS_NODE_UP happens before timer expires then second email will not be sent.
