Title: Network Discovery Configuration
Post by: jbriseno on October 22, 2020, 07:58:09 PM
Hi, there. I am usign NetXMS Version 3.5.90 managment console. I decided to use the Network Discovery Configuration option. I want to add an IP in the Active Discovery Targets option. I chosen the Subnet option. I wrote down each IP and Network mask validated values. However, the netXMS software sent back on the screen the following message:

Please enter valid IP address/mask

If I choose the address range to find just one IP address and I chose the Scan option. Nothing happen.

Any idea what I did wrong?

Thanks in Advance

If you just need to add one IP address, you can just create new node in object tree under Infrastructure services.
If it's something else, please share a screenshot of what you are trying to configures.
