As above, the client netxms.exe does not start with two main errors recorded in the log file - see below and the attached file for the full log.

If I'm not wrong It look to be an error with the java runtime libraries, but I can't find a solution. Just note that any other java app runs perfectly on that pc.

Any suggestion please?

Hi,

what Java version you are using? Desktop client may not be compatible with Java 10 and higher.
