netxms is very useful tool, but it's also silly on other hand.

I was able to log in, and it was working fine.

Once i rebooted my commits stoped working (connection refused)

Check your services and make sure they are set to start; check server log for errors, etc.

but if i re-install, than works well.

That tells me that something isn't right with the app itself

Pls give some details.
Is you NetXMS installed on Windows or Linux?
Do you use WEB UI? Have you tried the desktop UI?
