Hey There,
i have a certian issue i have installed the Web ui and configurated everything , i added 2 new users in NetXMS and gave them Full Rights.
When iam logging on in the WEB UI i Cant see all my nodes / the entire Network / and all the other stuff to set up ... I even added the users to the admin Groups and still nothing changed.
When iam logging in with the standard admin Account , i have access to everything i can manage everithing.
I dont know why i cant do anything with the other users .. Does someone have an Idea ?
Did you set proper ACL on objects (check inheritance too)?
Can you see objects after you add users to "Admins" group and relogin (it should not be required, but just for sake of testing)?
Can you see objects using native console?
