I have a problem with email alterts.
For a certain period of time they arrive regularly when the alert occurs but after a while this either does not arrive or arrives late.
Is there any solution I can try to apply?
for the sending of the mail there is no delay, indeed set forcibly a delay to 0.

You can enable debug related to notification channels. This can be done without restarting server from Tools->Server Debug Console or from nxadm command line utility. Issue the following commands:
debug nc.* 6
debug ncd.* 6
You can check current status of debug by issuing
debug
Then check netxms server log file (/var/log/netxmsd on linux).
