Hi I am facing an issue with my NetXms server.

I have configured some DCI for some of my switch interface in Netxms tool which works fine until Netxms server is not hard rebooted. Once server is hard rebooted I am loosing all my DCI configuration from the interface.

How can i over come this problem.

Also please help me with the option to take the backup of Netxms configuration and the way to restore the same.

Hello.

Fist of all, check server logs for failed queries
Second, check db writer queue size when server is running (Server.AverageDBWriterQueueSize DCI)

I am doing the server hard reboot bcz the netxms server is getting hung.

And i am using SQL lite database in the back end.
