Title: Serial interface not supported
Post by: rrsendiong on June 02, 2014, 10:22:35 AM
Hi, we have Cisco WIC-1T serial interface card, frame-relay. I have tried to poll inbound/outbound traffic but it says UNSUPPORTED, polling the ethernet ports are OK. Is there something I missed in the configuration?

Hi!

Could you please provide SNMP walk result for .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2?

Best regards,
Victor

Hi!

Quite strange, walk result shows counters for interface Serial/0/0/0 (I assume that's the interface in question). Could you please provide screenshot of DCI configuration that was created for that interface and is not working?

Best regards,
Victor
