The Tables/Alarm Dashboard element does not show Critical and Major alarms.
It does show Minor and informational. Changing the filter values does change the values in the XML
Server : 4.3.6

Is this a config issue of rather a bug?
Thanks!

I cannot reproduce this - in my test alarm list on dashboard shows alarms correctly according to checked severity in element configuration. Could you please provide step by step instruction on how to reproduce this issue?
Best regards,
Victor
Hi Victor,
thanks for your reply!
Based on the fact that you did not have this problem, I tried changing other settings. Following change made the critical and majors (probably also other Minors) appear in the list: Dashboard Properties > Dashboard Elements > Alarm Viewer > Root object : changed it from "Infrastructure Services" (where all the monitored devices are classified) to <context> (click on the <>-button).
With kind regards,
Mark
Just in case - how many alarms do you have on your system? (can be checked by issuing
