Hi All,

I have created Alarm for processes running in my computer and created Action as send mail. But i am getting an error message form event log as Unable to send e-mail to <[email protected]>: Communication failure.

Please suggest me.

NOTE: I have SMTP server and running fine.

Hi!

Did you configure SMTP server settings in NetXMS correctly? You have to set server's configuration variable SMTPServer to your SMTP server's IP address. Setting SMTPFromAddr to some correct value also recommended.
