Hi,
I have defined threshold -> Event->Event Processing policy -> Action [ mail].

It sent mail/alarm only once, but the threshold is continuously reaching,

Request you to check and let me know if anything wrong with my config.

Doc is attached below with screens.

I think the issue was default value in threshold, i am not sure what values it is, but when i changed to 300 seconds its mailing properly.

Is it possible to Add multiple email address in recipent address ??

And can we define some macro for which DCI/NODE has sent email ??

Hi!

Yes, it's possible. You can separate multiple emails in action definition with ; (semicolon) character. You can use the same macros as in event messages and alarms - they are listed in user manual in chapter 10.6 "Macros for Event Processing".
