Title: Unable to Poll device configuration
Post by: Phil Hutchison on March 03, 2016, 06:52:00 PM
I added a server node but when I was typing in the IP I miss typed the IP. So it added the node and of course it could not poll the device. I changed the IP to the correct one and ran Pull -> Configuration(full). Now I am getting "Unable to get interface list from node" and "Interface "unknown" is no longer exist". I have deleted and re added the device and and still get the same result.

I have manually set the snmp values through node properties to make sure they are correct. I have another snmp system monitoring this device right now and it is responding to snmp from that device and I have also downloaded another snmp walking tool to the NetXMS server and I can walk the server with that tool and get responses.

Any Ideas?

So You set all SNMP configurations to this node Properties. After configuration poll there is still "No" in "Object Details"->"Overview"->"Capabilities"->"isSNMP"?
Can you please attach a screenshot of your configuration?
