I could not manage to find a switch to install session agent and user support application when installing silently. Can you please help?

Is this user agent going to be a msra replacement? What is the roadmap?

It is Microsoft Remote Assistance. But I see that it was a wrong question. The right one is,

Can I use User Support Application to support users remotely like Microsoft Remote Assistance, VNC or TeamViewer?

No, at least at the moment. All that user support application provides is configurable actions menu for the user and screenshot functionality. We do not have any specific plans for it yet. Current functionality for user agent was developed at request from one of our customers.

If I can localize all the strings, it wil be perfect for me (User, Computer, Session, Client Name etc.)

Localization of these texts in not currently implemented (commercial customer who requested this functionality did not need localization) and there is no exact schedule when it could be implemented.
