I can add users to the Admins group, but if I subsequently restart netxmsd, the users in the Admins group are removed, except for admin.

Looks like DB issue. Do you have any DB-related errors in log?

I don't see any DB messages in the log. I have shut everything down and rebooted the server. The problem still exists

I went to a fresh install og NetXMS server and the same thing happened. I see no relevant postgres messages after I added four users to the Admins group. It seems like the users get added, but it is only temporary, like the writes to the DB are queued but never written

Which exactly version are you installing? Is it from packages or you compiled?

I have version 3.4..178 installed. We created an rpm after installing manually
