Title: Control element on the dashboard panel
Post by: cserzs on March 07, 2022, 03:16:56 PM
Hi,

Is there any possibility to place any control element on the dashboard panel (e.g. Button element to send a SNMP SET command)?

Thank you in advance for replies.

Yes, you can add element of type "object tools" - it will display button for each configured tool and execute it when button is pressed.

Best regards,
Victor

Hi Victor,

Thank you very much for yor support. Regarding this I have one more question (if possible). How is possible to configure an SNMP SET command in the Object Tools? Could you send me a sample configuration?

Best regards,
Zsolt

Hi,

you can create object tool that will execute NXSL script, and use SNMPSet function or set method in SNMP transport object (see reference here: https://www.netxms.org/documentation/nxsl-latest/#func-snmpset (https://www.netxms.org/documentation/nxsl-latest/#func-snmpset)).

Best regards,
Victor
